Design Director wanted for this innovative design experience agency, based in beautiful new studios in the heart of Fitzrovia, London. Serving as creative partners to some of the world’s most recognised and prestigious brands (we are talking high-end, premium, luxury FMCG brands), this agency provides design expertise and innovation for retail interiors, exhibitions and events. From small scale to big, permanent to pop-up, gift packaging to immersive experiences, this agency develops, defines and translates brand values with design solutions – completely immersing the consumer into living and breathing brand worlds – they love what they do and they are thriving and growing!
This is where you come in! They need a conceptual Design Director to come on board and lead a creative team for a large global retail branding project which is going to be rolled out across 26 markets worldwide. The initial guidelines have been approved, but this role will require a Design Director who not only understands the process of rolling out a new brand across different locations and stores, but also ensuring that each flagship store is bespoke. Exciting stuff right?
You will manage and mentor the creative team, be responsible for conceptualising ideas, materials, finishes and digital output. This is a luxury brand within the world of ”heat-not-burn” innovative products and it just oozes luxury. This role is all about how the consumer experiences the brand, you will be creating this brand world. Previous experience with brand worlds, retail, activation and experiential design is essential. You will be hitting the ground running, and your experience will stand you in good stead.

Proven experience in a similar role within a brand experience agency
Strong communication skills for conveying your creative vision & mentoring the team
A willingness to travel if needed
Ability to multi-task and an enduring commitment to timelines and deadlines
A passion for 3D brand environment, architectural visualisation and exhibition & event design
