Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to primary/secondary students in accordance with the school's curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and development
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and school management
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Identify and address the individual learning needs of students through differentiated instruction
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behavior
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and keep up-to-date with curriculum changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Proven experience teaching English to primary/secondary students
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for promoting a positive learning culture and engaging students in the subject
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
