Job title: Completions Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: Permanent
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £75-80,000 per year
Location: Seascale
Hours of work: 38 hours Mon-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Degree, NVQ level 6 qualification, HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering background
- Project and construction management experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working through the whole project life-cycle
- Minimum 5 years experience managing teams
- Ability to gain SC clearance
- Experience working in Nuclear or another highly regulated industry
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Chartered status
- Mechanical background preferable
Role information:
- Ensure all projects works are completed safely
- Ensure efficient management of labourers and contractors to maximise project efficiency and quality
- Ensure technical requirements are met
- Mentor and train junior team members where required
- Ensure any technical queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Carry out audits and reviews to ensure standards and regulations are adhered to
