THE COMPANY

Our client is a Digital Marketing Agency, working with ambitious companies to help grow & scale their businesses. Their Digital Marketing services blend strategic SEO & value driven Content Marketing, ROI increasing Paid Advertising & CRO to increase traffic, leads and skyrocket sales.

THE ROLE

This is an integral role in the agency important for customer success, satisfaction and loyalty. As Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for understanding clients businesses, their challenges and the unique opportunities for Paid and Earned Media growth.

Day to day responsibilities include:
- Building long-term relationships with clients through understanding their wants and needs
- Planning and implementing digital strategies for clients across SEO, PPC and digital marketing
- End to end project management from allocating budgets to team resource
- Working closely with internal teams to plan and implement all client strategies and proactively making recommendations to improve client campaigns
- Helping the Sales Manager to craft new business pitches, identify upsells, pinpoint growth opportunities and ultimately help to grow the agency, being an ambassador for the brand.

YOU

To be successful in this role, you'll have 4 years+ experience in an account management capacity working across digital projects and campaigns.

You'll have knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Adwords and CRM software and able to talk about these areas comfortably. You'll have proven experience in project managing campaigns/projects end to end and have excellent time management skills as well as being comfortable working to tight deadlines.

Our client is a small boutique agency, so you'll have exposure across the whole agency and this role will lend itself to someone who is naturally a team player, critical thinker and solid communicator.

Tools/software must haves include Google Analytics, Google Search Console and a PM software such as Asana, Monday.com or Trello.
