We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis, working on a hybrid model in Severn Beach, Bristol. As the successful candidate, you will play an integral role in our finance department, ensuring all purchase invoices are processed accurately and efficiently, and reconciling supplier statements in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase Ledger invoice processing
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Work closely with Goods In and Purchasing Departments to sort invoice queries
• File invoices online
• Answer queries from suppliers.
• Work closely with purchase ledger supervisor to prioritise tasks and manage workload
• Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably required by the Company.
• All employees have a personal responsibility for their own health and safety and for that of others who may be affected by their actions and behaviour.

Education/Qualifications:

• GCSE Maths & English preferred.
• Accounting qualifications are not essential.

Professional Skills/ Abilities:

• Computer literacy
• Clear communicator
• Accurate and fast worker
• Problem solving skills
