Job description
Our client is a global law firm with a stellar Competition Disputes practice. Due to growth and success, the team require a new Associate who will have upwards of 2PQE in competition and antitrust litigation and investigations. The work will be on behalf of both claimants and defendants and acting for undertakings under investigation by British and EU regulators. The work may include acting in investigations by the European Commission or national competition authorities as well as internal corporate investigations. It will include stand-alone litigation, appeals and Judicial Reviews. The firm invests in high quality training and development and the partners and wider team offer a high level of support. Applicants will have minimum 2 PQE in Competition /Anti-Trust litigation from a highly regarded UK or common law (Aus / NZ) practice.
