Registered Nurse

Pay - £20-23/hour

Your role as a Nurse will include:
- Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice.
- Responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the shift.
- Continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents needs to implement a person-centred care plan.
- Mentoring your team members and role-modelling best practice
- To ensure that clinical equipment is maintained in a safe, clean and fully functional state. Report any equipment failures or damage to the Home Manager.
- To maintain standards of infection control within the home and to assist residents to maintain their own infection control needs.
Qualifications and skills:
- Current registration with the NMC
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
- You work well within the team, leading, motivating and supporting co-workers, acting as a role model in delivering care upon best practice.
- You will have the right to work within the UK.
- Great attitude and a love being a nurse.
