Cleaner/Hygienist required for Distribution Center in Fradley Park, Lichfield WS13 NIGHT SHIFT
Start 4th March 2024
Pay rate - £13.69 ph - basic rate 22:00 - 06:00 - Premium 2 hours Sunday 0:00-06:00 £18.57 ph
Paid Induction - full shift to include Health & Safety & Manual Handling
12 week Temp-to-Perm for the right candidates
Good spoken and written English required
Duties:
- Reporting to the Facilities Manager
- Ensure internal hygiene & housekeeping standards are continuously improved to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
- Make sure the maintenance/cleanliness of the site is at its highest
- Mopping; dusting;hoovering; carpet cleaning; window cleaning - all other housekeeping duties
- Ensuring items for re-cycling and disposal are segregated accordingly, stored for collection and are accounted for
- Responsible for supporting the ongoing maintenance of the external & internal site decor & building fabric
- Checking that hygiene and maintenance schedules are followed and completed
- Carry out other duties as required that are within your capabilities
- All other day to day maintenance activities to ensure continuation of the operation

- Must be able to communicate with team members & to work effectively as part of the site facilities team
- Must be self motivated and able to use your own initiative to organise & prioritise daily/weekly routine to a laid down schedule
- Environmentally aware & motivated
- A Pro-active attitude to maintaining and improving standards
- Able to respond to internal requests
- Able to work closely in a team environment to ensure all duties are carried out
- Flexible approach to working hours / shifts
