Job Description:
We are looking to appoint at least one experienced and qualified Chartered Surveyor to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in providing accurate and insightful property valuations across a diverse portfolio of assets. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our clients in making informed decisions regarding their real estate investments. The valuations will be predominately for loan security and of commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive property valuations utilizing industry-leading methodologies, techniques and appraisal software; including Valos, KEL, Argus etc. Analyse market trends, comparable data, and economic indicators to determine accurate property values. Prepare detailed valuation reports tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of valuation services. Stay abreast of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
RICS Registered Valuer status is essential. Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in property valuations. Proven track record of conducting valuations across various property types (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.). Experience of dealing with panel valuation work and dealing with panel managers such as Method as well as dealing direct with lenders. Panel and lender contacts would be beneficial. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office, CoStar, Radius, KEL, Argus etc. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
