Description

Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Helping with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
Assisting with payroll preparation by gathering and inputting data.
Maintaining employee records and databases for easy retrieval of information.
Conducting employee on boarding and induction programs.
Supporting the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries.
Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects.Profile

A successful HR Assistant should have:

Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.Job Offer

A competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 per year
