Position Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor you will be an essential part of our dynamic educational team. Your role will involve providing support in the absence of the regular classroom teacher, ensuring that students continue to learn in a structured and positive environment. Main Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

* Maintain a conducive learning atmosphere by managing classroom behavior and promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
* Supervise and facilitate pre-planned lessons or activities as provided by the absent teacher to ensure students' continuity of learning.
* Provide assistance and guidance to students, answering questions and clarifying doubts to the best of your ability.
* Engage students in discussions, encourage participation, and foster a love for learning.
* Adapt to various subject areas and grade levels as needed, gaining a wide range of teaching experiences.

Requirements needed to become a Cover Supervisor:

* A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain a calm and organized classroom environment.
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Math’s and English ( or equivalent )
