Private Client Manager or Senior Manager

Our client is the Private Client Tax team of a major accountancy firm which has a brilliant client base. They seek a qualified personal tax specialist (CTA, ACA, ICAS or former Inspector) who can run a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients from a wide variety of backgrounds including company directors, families and residence and domicile cases.
This role is advisory focused and with some compliance review. You job will be to act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them with all aspects of their personal tax affairs including capital taxes, as well as helping them navigate their interactions with HMRC. You will liaise closely with colleagues in other teams, such as the Private Business team, and will build a network within the firm.
A key element of your role will be helping directors and partners with business development, including attendance at client pitch meetings. You will also be involved in managing and developing more junior staff. There is plenty of scope for personal and professional development in this team and no blocks to promotion.
Our client offers a mix of home and office working (likely 2 - 3 days per week in the office) and will consider candidates looking for part time or flexible working.
