Job description


Our client is a well-established creative retail design agency who provide unique, creative and engaging solutions to their clients. Covering a multitude of sectors, they plan, manage and deliver quick and efficient production to many well-known retailers.
Now looking for an experienced Installation Project Manager, to join the team. You should be able to effectively and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You’ll be working in high pressure environments, so excellent organisational skills are key!
Job Role




Support the Deployment team in the successful deliver of installation projects, both in the UK and abroad
Lead programme management with a proactive approach, identifying potential risks and finding solutions
Produce deployment project briefs, RAMS and SOW
Oversee the daily quality control compliance, responding quickly to any challenges
Coordinate installations into retail chains, liaising with store managers and key contacts
Ensure the delivery of the project is carried out correctly on site
Manage the Team Haven platform
Assess tasks and identify gaps in resource requirements
Create supplier POs and oversee budget management
Follow the standard processes and identify areas for improvement
Hands on approach to activating campaigns, warehouse management and overseeing picking/packing
Analysis of project progress
Produce compliance reports as required
