About the Pub

Located on the edge of Dudley town centre, Ye Old Foundry is a characterful 1930’s pub particularly popular for its live music offer with a licence until 3am. This is a welcoming pub with wooden flooring and music themed décor surrounding a central bar servery. The pub boasts character and intimacy however there is enough space to host live entertainment. Historically the pub has hosted bands and rock discos bringing in additional revenue. The internal trading area has recently been refurbished and is in good condition and there is a small commercial kitchen located upstairs. Externally, there are two paved areas with benches for outdoor drinking and an area is located to the rear for smoking.

The pub is located on the edge of Dudley town centre allowing plenty of trading opportunities from the nearby shops and amenities. Dudley is the largest town in the Black Country and boasts a large leisure centre, a cinema, bowling complex, retail park, zoo and a variety of museums. There are also many historical buildings such as Dudley Castle and the ruins of St James Priory which bring visitors to the area. Works are currently underway for a metro to bring more people to the area and there are further plans for an ice rink and hockey team.
