Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job type: Permanent

Location: Dorking

Salary: £32,000-£37,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00am-16:30pm, Friday 07:00am -12:00pm 

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join a bespoke precision engineering company on a permanent basis. 

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for verifying machined, fabricated, and assembled components/instruments in accordance with drawing and customer specifications. The ideal candidate is a diligent, skilled, and organised inspector who understands precision machining and wants to grow with an ambitious company.

The Quality Inspector should have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in various hand-held instruments; Micrometers, Verniers, Timos
• Good understanding of technical drawings
• Manufacturing background
• Positive can-do attitude
• Ability to work without supervision
• Experience of operating CMMs would be an advantage
