Job description
Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator who is looking for their next role.Our client, a successful window and door business has been trading successfully for over 10 years, they are known for their excellent installation record and customer satisfaction.
The right candidate will have many years’ experience working as an office admi within a busy working environment.
The role:
- Be first point of contact for customers/clients
- Deal with customers/clients’ correspondence, enquiries and complaints
- Keep a track of office supplies/ IT equipment and order when needed
- Assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents.
- Contacting customers and chasing payments
- To be responsible for communicating on a regular basis with customers to ensure they are happy with the service and are kept up to date with any on-going customer service problems.
- Other office duties as required
The candidate:
- Have current experience working as an office administrator
- Be a team player
- Have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Problem solver with the ability to analyse
- Meticulous, organised with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Must currently reside in the UK
