Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager - Nursing Home
Location: Telford
Salary: £62,000 per annum
Our esteemed client, a leading provider of high-quality care services, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager for a large nursing home. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong clinical background to take on a key leadership role, contributing to the overall success of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care are maintained.
- Supervise and support the clinical team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualized, person-centered care.
- Oversee the efficient day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Participate in recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
Requirements:- Registered Nurse with an active PIN.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a nursing home setting.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Working Hours:- 40 hours per week (mainly Monday to Friday).
- Opportunity to be fully supernumerary.
- Flexibility to cover weekends when required.
