Job description
Our client, a dynamic and exciting start-up subscription company, with a global customer base and an office in Central London are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their newly formed Marketing Analytics team. The team is designed to play a vital role in the success of the UK's marketing initiatives by bringing together their existing Analytics and Marketing team. They are responsible for collaboratively developing insights and reports to support marketing teams, enabling wider teams to make more optimal informed decisions, improve visibility, speed and autonomy of data driven decision making.
Your role will be to implement strong data governance, data quality and reporting standards and create an effective operating model for insights and reporting. The Marketing Analyst will ensure that marketing metrics and KPIs are delivered and maintained in a scalable and sustainable way and create automation of repetitive tasks and analysis. In addition, your role will include, but is not limited to:
The ideal candidate must hold at least 3 years’ experience in a commercial or marketing analytics role. Excellent analytical and technical skills are required, including expertise in statistical analysis and data visualization. The Senior Marketing Analyst will have demonstrable experience to an advanced level with SQL, Tableau and Excel. They must also be able to interpret a Python script and make their way through to any necessary changes. In addition, they will be commercially minded and a true problem solver, who is able to balance this with good leadership qualities.
