Salary competitive - dependant on experience
Our client , a leading Dorset firm has a well established and busy corporate and commercial team, servicing a wide client base of SME's ,OMBS's as well as some larger Regional and National clients. They are extremely busy are now keen to recruit an experienced company/commercial lawyer of 4-year PQE + to Partner level, to help strengthen the team and take it to the next level. You will advising on wide range of corporate transactional and company/commercial work, which may include: company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/ Purchase; Supply/ Distribution/ Agency /Franchise agreements etc), private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions; Shareholders Agreements and disputes, share capital restructuring; employee share option and other incentive schemes; business start-ups, business succession planning; education sector work including academy conversions and multi academy trusts.
Dependent on experience, this hire can be at either senior associate or salaried partner level.
