Our client is looking for a Practice Manager to work at their practice situated in an affluent village located in Hertfordshire. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of the practice.
At the helm of the practice are two partners, backed by a dedicated team of 2 part-time vets, 2 friendly receptionists, 3 skilled registered veterinary nurses, 2 aspiring student vet nurses, and 1 devoted pet care assistant. Together, they are a powerhouse committed to top-tier veterinary care and service excellence.
For this role previous experience in a management/leadership is highly desirable and Nursing or other veterinary background is not required but would be beneficial.
The practice is nestled in the heart of Hertfordshire with picturesque surroundings and upscale charm, this affluent village beckons with an allure of tranquillity and sophistication. Boasting excellent transport links, including a well-connected railway station and easy access to major motorways, it seamlessly combines the idyllic countryside experience with the convenience of reaching London and other destinations.
The Role:
• This role is full-time
• Flexibility in terms of hours and shift patterns.
• 40 hours per week
