Junior Corporate Funds Lawyer

£75,000 - £89,000 (20% Tax)
A firm ranked as being a leader in the corporate field within the offshore market, is now recruiting for a junior corporate funds lawyer to move into its top tier corporate practice. This broad group offers an all-encompassing service, covering local and cross-border M&A, as well as funds and investments.
The junior associate will be welcomed into this excellent team and manage high-level and exciting work. Supporting the partners on large transactions and advisory work, the successful solicitor will have recently qualified or be at a junior level, have strong pre-requisite training experience from working for a firm and team that has a solid corporate practice, and also sat a seat within a funds or corporate team. Private practice experience is a must and a top academic profile is also required. This is an exciting role for a junior-level corporate funds lawyer to take their career in a different direction offshore with a very competitive salary and benefits package.
