Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Oversee and manage high-profile customer accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits to customer sites, building and maintaining long-lasting relationships that contribute to the longevity of contracts.
Opportunity Spotting: Identify opportunities to enhance service provision and contribute to the growth of the company.
Communication Skills: Employ excellent communication skills to maintain seamless service between the client, suppliers, and customers.
Waste and Facilities Management: Utilise your knowledge of waste and facilities management to find effective solutions that meet customer needs.

What we are looking for:
- An understanding of waste management solutions – particularly Total Waste Solutions
- A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
- The ability to spot opportunities to sell and develop the service provision
- An excellent communicator, who can handle both customers and suppliers, and can seek resolutions when issues arise
