My client is looking for a business development consultant to place sales consultants in permanent roles in EdTech & Commercial Training.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in either sales or recruitment (or both!), someone with a bit of personality, confidence & professionalism to be able to speak to high level decision makers.
Someone who is able to find one amazing job for their candidate rather than trying to fill multiple jobs at the same time & hoping something sticks.
In return we offer:
Salary – up to £28, 000
Commission – Up to 35% of salaries placed
Job title – Whatever you want. If you want to focus on the US or EU market then off you go!
Annual leave – Unlimited so long as you are delivering the goods
Working hours – Whatever you want so long as the job is done – roughly based around the 9-5 but if you want to go to the gym in the afternoon or want to do the school run & pick work up again after, that is absolutely fine
Location – Office is in Mansfield but as long you can get in for a minimum of one day a week to still be part of a team, then you can live anywhere
