Job description

Our client are a well-established chartered accountancy practice in the heart of Kettering, Northamptonshire, seeking an experienced Senior Accountant. The successful Accounts Senior will ideally be ACA or ACCA qualified. This is a mixed tax & accounts role ideal for an experienced Senior Accountant or Semi-senior looking to progress.

With this role, the successful Senior Accountant will be given excellent opportunities to progress within their knowledge and career while working with a supportive team.

Senior Accountant Position Overview
Prepare management accounts for a variety of clients

Preparation and submission of statutory accounts

Preparation of personal and corporate tax computations
handling a range of differing clients in a facing role

Training and assisting with junior members of staffs work.

Senior Accountant Position Requirements

This position is ideal for QBE, qualified Accountants or part qualified candidates

Within a commutable distance of Kettering

Experience within a similar position previously or seeking a progressive step

Experience with cloud software is essential for the role

Strong proven knowledge of statutory accounts preparation

Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 17:30pm

Flexibility with working from home

£32,000 - £40,000 per annum

25 days holiday allowance + bank holidays

Commission for on boarding clients
