Position: Youth Worker

Salary: £87.04 per day (minimum)
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for students within the school setting.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to young individuals facing challenges.
• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective support strategies.
• Engage in activities and programs that promote personal development and well-being.
• Act as a positive role model and mentor for students.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with youth in a school or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the challenges faced by young people and a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external agencies.
