Founded in 2013 by a team of experienced telecommunications professionals, Zest4 have rapidly grown to become one of the UK’s leading providers of Unified Communications solutions. In 2023, Zest4 joined the Focus Group UK to lead the wholesale / indirect strategic channel offering for the group.

ROLE SUMMARY

To support on commercial and revenue assurance processes within the Zest4 business, you will report to the Senior Analysts (Commercial & Revenue Assurance). You will provide support for day-today Commercial and Revenue Assurance tasks. You will gain knowledge of our products and propositions and be able to support the wider business to leverage revenue and margin opportunities, becoming an important member within a valued and skilled team.

• Supporting the Senior Analyst with commercial analysis of supplier, customer (partner), sales performance for insight, reporting and forecasting.
• To perform monthly margin/revenue assurance on supplier invoices, highlighting exceptions and chasing down resolution.

You will be required to utilise your experience in finance, commercial, analysis, interpretation, and insight of data to liaise closely with local and group teams in Finance and non-finance teams in Sales and Operations.

Being great with numbers, the ability to handle large volumes of data and provide summarised and concise analysis and making recommendations are key requirements of the role.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate should have:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a Commercial / Analyst role.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.
• An excellent eye for detail.
• Should demonstrate good levels of numeracy and an analytical mind.
• Should demonstrate good levels Commercial and Business acumen.

Prerequisite skills / experience

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills. In particular MS Excel.

Desirable skills / experience

• A degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Mathematics, Accountancy or Business) and / or post graduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Commercial/Finance experience within the telecommunications industry is desirable.
• A proficient working knowledge of SQL using Oracle Sequel Developer is an advantage but not essential.
