Become a Support Worker
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.
We are looking for warm and friendly people to join our team supporting 2 males who live independently in Ilkley. You will be working alongside them in their own home so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. This role will involve a real hands-on approach and you will be supporting people to maintain their health and wellbeing. They enjoy a variety of activities at home and out in the wider community so if you enjoy up new and exciting things to try this could be the place for you.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
You should be available to work a variety of shifts across the week and alternate weekends, including sleep-in shifts as needed.
You will need to be a driver for this role and willing to drive a mobility vehicle. For this you should have a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for at least 1 year for insurance purposes.
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
Why Join Us?
