Compensation: £50,000-£75,000, Grade A Car Allowance, 20% Bonus, Additional benefits

The role
As a Radiological Waste Management Lead Consultant, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a key role in the development of the Cavendish Nuclear Waste Management Consultancy Business
Day to day, you’ll be accountable for all consultancy projects and act as a framework manager or manage other framework managers.
• You will be responsible for executing the business management system, application of governance procedures. They have responsibility all business winning activity and subsequent projects in the area.
• You are responsible for managing their pipeline, monthly reporting and quarterly financial forecasting. Ideally 30% of their time will be spent carrying out technical delivery in a lead or governance role.
• You will also be involved in aspects of business winning and bidding opportunities.
• You will represent Cavendish Nuclear to end clients, engaging with key stakeholders. Alongside this, they will build relationships with key supply chain partners. There is also opportunity to represent the consultancy business with senior management within Cavendish Nuclear.
Experience of the Radiological Waste Management Lead Consultant,
• Experience managing framework, or multi-year contract
• Ability to work collaboratively with key internal and external leaders, partners, suppliers and customers
• Experience in the Civil Nuclear or Defence industry
• Technical knowledge of Radiological Waste Management
This is a hybrid working role with offices at Dalton Avenue, Westlakes, Bristol, Newbury and Leicester.
Qualifications for the Radiological Waste Management Lead Consultant:
• Bachelor Honours Degree (or equivalent) in Science or Engineering related discipline or significant established experience within a similar role
The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS (SC clearable) security clearance level for this role.
