HSEQ Coordinator - VR/29225
Status: Permanent

Join our FPSO oil and gas client who are looking for a HSEQ Coordinator on a permanent staff basis.
As the HSEQ Coordinator, you will have the following main duties and responsibilities:
- HSEQ system administration and maintenance of key HSEQ processes including audit and inspection programme.
- Undertaking analysis of HSE performance and assisting with development of associated reports and communications.
- Liaising with HSE Superintendents and Discipline Engineers to maintain the HSE Audit programme.
- Coordinating the collation of data and information to support the Management Review process and HSE KPIs.
- Responsible for follow-up and resolving actions from audits and incident investigations.
- Monitoring compliance to relevant national and international HSSE standards and legislation.
- Performing regular follow-up on open HSEQ Synergi cases and actions.
- Supporting the development of procedures within HSE management system for the FPSO and in country operational offices.
- Coordinating compliance towards environmental permits and consents.
- Assisting in initiatives towards enhancement and implementation of a proactive safety culture.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree would be preferred.
- Formal qualifications in health and safety management is an advantage.
- Relevant experience may replace formal qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years’ of deploying HSE role with front end workers.
- Previous experience within offshore industry is an advantage.
- Have a demonstrated background and knowledge of international Quality and HSE standards.
