12 month FTC Business Support Administrator
Wimbledon
Up to £32,000pa
Full-time, 35 hours per week (5 days - 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with 1-hour lunch break). Some flexibility required due to the nature of the role.
Holiday: 25 days per annum excluding bank holidays (flexible option available)
Company Overview:
A fantastic opportunity to join a financial institution as a Business Support Administrator. The role involves supporting the efficient functioning of various aspects within the company.
Sounds interesting? Daily duties include:
- Organize bi-monthly Business Development meetings.
- Obtain and share action updates.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare action logs.
- Circulate notes/actions and complete any arising actions.
- Manage various business logs (anti-bribery/hospitality).
- Organise Lunchtime Learnings.
- Organise and maintain records of Team To Teams.
- Manage internal acceptances/declines and dietary restrictions.
- Coordinate in-house T2T arrangements.
- Manage three breakfast seminars, including participant communication.
- Handle seminar venue logistics, invoicing, and feedback.
- Prepare, transport, and arrange marketing materials.
- Proofread and format presentations and proposal documents.
- Contribute to the development of templates and layouts.
- Proofread and format various documents, ensuring company standards.
- Assist in the conversion of templates.
- Organise corporate hospitality events, including accommodation and travel support.
- Manage invoicing and invitations.
- Professionally answer phones, take clear messages, and follow through.
- Act with clients in mind, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

- High accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- Individual initiative, self-sufficiency, and common sense.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Minimum of three years' previous experience in an administrative assistant, PA, or similar role.
