Are you a Registered nurse who is enthusiastic about working with people who have a Learning Disability and their associated health needs? Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you have enthusiasm and commitment towards continual quality improvement? Are you a car driver with access to a vehicle? Have you previously worked with adults who have learning disabilities? Are you willing and competent in delivering clinical procedures in line with service users care plans? Are you confident in managing a large staff team, both nursing staff and Health Care assistants? Are you confident in leading shifts and communicating effectively with the team? We work in a multi-disciplined approach, and we involve our community of service users, parents/carers and other professionals and agencies in the running and development of the service. Person Specification Qualifications Essential Nursing qualification in Learning disabilities, Mental Health or Adult Nursing Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Must have or be willing to work towards a recognised management qualification Experience Essential A range of experience of working with people with learning disabilities and / or mental health difficulties Car driver with access to a vehicle
