The Role:

• Provide proactive and professional contract support across varied construction projects.
• Involved in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents.
• Manage cashflow forecasts and procure large commercial projects efficiently.

The Person:

• Possessing at least 10 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a consultancy setting.
• MRICS qualification would be an advantage
• Solid understanding of common building contracts in the UK and current construction costs and trends.
• Proficiency in Cato Billing software and Cato Cost Planning is desirable.
