Our client in Aberdeenshire in looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Processing of purchase invoices
- Reconciliation of statements
- Dealing with suppliers invoice and payment queries.
- Liaising with staff and suppliers to deal with queries.
- Adding new suppliers to system and dealing with associated due diligence requirements.
- Generally assisting the accounts department with administration duties.
Requirements
- Good understanding of ledger accounting and associated documents. E.g. invoice, statements, remittances,
- PC literate, good knowledge of excel and modular accounting systems
- Good all round communication skills
- Excellent numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
