Excellent opportunity for a dedicated, hard-working individual interested in working at The Oaks Care Home, Sandstone Care Group’s purpose-built nursing and residential home in Newtown, Powys.

This stunning 73-bedded luxury home opened its doors in January 2020 and offers its residents state-of-the-art facilities unrivalled in the area, to include a coffee shop / bistro, hair & nail salon, separate dining and lounge areas, activities room and landscaped gardens, whilst at the same time providing exceptional standards of care supported by the very latest care planning and nurse-call technology.

We are recruiting a wide range of skill sets to enhance the care we give to our residents, and as a forward-thinking team with so many exciting things coming ahead, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to be part of this ongoing journey.

As a Senior Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve:

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. Advertised pay rates are for shifts worked from 1st April 2023.
