Corporate Commercial Solicitor
5+ PQE
Cheltenham
We are instructed by our client who are looking for a corporate commercial solicitor to join their multi discipline practice in Cheltenham. This corporate commercial team deal with a wide range of Corporate/ Commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions , shareholder agreements, contract terms and conditions, corporate governance, data protection and more.
The team are looking to grow the team with a mid level hire. Ideally an experienced Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor with at least 5+ PQE. If you have less experience, please still apply.
This firm are known for progression, with many of the equity partners having started as trainees with the firm and progressed up to partner level.
