Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Manufacturing business in their search for an experienced Management Accountant to work in their offices in Holywell.
For the successful Management Accountant our client is offering:
- Annual salary of £45,000 per year
- Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700
- Permanent

The role - Management Accountant:
- You will be responsible for the production of monthly financial reports for two companies
- Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining or improving operational efficiency
- Create customised reports, ad hoc reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's financial health and performance, including profitability, cost control, revenue, and cash flow
- Work with the Finance Director and the software consultants to optimise and automate processes within Sage 200
What our client is looking for in a Management Accountant
- Management Accounting Experience - ESSENTIAL
- Sage 200 Accounting Package - ESSENTIAL
- Experience managing/leading a small team - DESIREABLE
- CIMA, ACCA, AAT Qualifications - DESIREABLE
- Qualification by experience in end to end management accounting and reporting - ESSENTIAL
