Mission :
Supporting the day-to-day operation of all aspects of the supply chain and logistics team, within operational requirements and deadlines, and in full compliance with internal and external procedures and processes.
Responsibilities
Logistics 40% (Shipping)
- Receives all requests and books the necessary transportation services to ensure availability of equipment required for field work, including repatriation of the equipment once a job is completed.
- Arranges, and tracks, all courier shipments.
- Prepares all shipping documentation such as Packing Lists and Commercial Invoices.
- Prepares all customs documentation such as ATA Carnets and Certificates of Origin, and handles all customs formalities.
- Ensures all logistical activities comply with local, international rules and regulations and in-line with TDW global compliance program.
- Continuously seeks alternative shipping solutions to keep logistics cost down.
Supply Chain 20% (Inventory & Purchasing)
- Updates internal systems upon receipt of goods and services.
- Involvement in stock counts and updating records in relevant internal systems.
Administration 40%
- Tracks equipment calibration and maintenance requirements.
- Supports other local departments with administrative duties as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Administrative position
- Knowledge of International Logistics or Transport
- IT literate, with experience of Microsoft Office
- Analytical and problem solving skills
