Financial Reporting Manager
City of London location (3 days in office)
Banking & Financial Services
- Manage and oversee the financial reporting process (namely both group consolidated annual, interim and quarterly accounting as well as assisting subsidiary annual statement preparation)
- Implement effective financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards (IFRS, local international GAAP and FRS standards) - technical accounting papers
- Prepare financial reports and statements with a balance sheet review
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to achieve financial objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial needs
- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Manage financial risks and opportunities (full control environment overview)
- Liaise with auditors
