Employment Solicitor NQ - 4 PQE

A rare opening for a NQ Employment Solicitor to join a leading Dorset firm with an outstanding reputation.
The successful candidate will be ideally 1 years PQE+ (or NQ with solid employment experience during your training contract) and looking for a step up in terms of quality of work. You can expect to advise on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters to a client base ranging from SME and OMB clients to individuals.
A broad range of work on offer you will be joining a friendly, close-knit team , in a firm that is growing its employment offering and looking to raise its profile.
