Internal Sales Coordinator

Fabric Recruitment are excited to be supporting with a local engineering company who have been developing their business to become one of the largest within their field. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking to appoint a proactive internal sales professional to support with building the company sales pipeline.

Description of the role:

• Making outbound calls to current customers to build relationships
• Identify ways to increase sales revenue, through offers and promotions
• Updating the CRM system
• Handling inbound enquiries
• Processing of customer orders
• Following up customer quotes

About you:

• Previous experience within a similar position
• Have experience of making outbound calls
• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Windows
