To achieve the strategic plans of the business, there is a need to appoint a hands-on technical and commercially focused Finance Manager.

What is expected?
- This is a superb opportunity for a finance professional who is looking to make an impact to support the key stakeholders. The main focus for this role will be strategic planning and budget preparation along with management accounts, cash flow forecasting as well as maintaining the charity’s financial accounting systems.
- A hands-on approach is essential, with the ability to provide support and problem-solving for all areas of the wider business.
- In addition, you will oversee payroll along with VAT returns and nominal ledgers.This is a visible role as part of the senior leadership team with a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
What would make you a perfect fit?
You will ideally be CIMA or ACA/ACCA Qualified but also open to active studiers and Qualified by Experience applicants. A sound technical grounding in a commercial setting is essential with the ability to be ‘hands on ‘with transactional finance. Exposure to charity accounting would be advantageous.
