Salary:£42,000 - £53,000

Cambridge Online Education are looking to welcome an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to support us in delivering on our mission to provide outstanding educational experiences and grow our portfolio and our brand by 2025. We're a dynamic, fast-growing team of creative minds in need of a self-starter to lead a global team of graphic designers, to ensure that we are creating world-class online courses, and to work closely with our internal marketing team to develop a catalogue of visual assets to support their campaigns.

About the role
Visual elements are essentially for establishing and maintaining the highest brand standards for Cambridge Online Education across the globe – and ensuring that we adhere to the highest possible quality across our online courses. A Senior Graphic Designer is required to work closely with the team to develop and deliver a strong and consistent brand identity across our products. Responsibilities will include:
About you
You have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interface Design, Fine Art/Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a degree in any other related field - work experience equal to this educational requirement is also acceptable for the position. You will have at least 5 years' experience in the field of Graphic Design or any related field. You will also have proven experience working on projects that require extensive use of typography and graphic design skills, and a successful track record in designing front-end product visual or interface designs.
You're a people person; great with language and flexing your communication styles to suit different channels, people and circumstances, and take pride in forging strong working relationships with peers and clients.
And in an ideal world, you have experience working in the online learning and/or higher education sector, understand the creative process and know how to motivate, lead and inspire creative individuals.
