Job description
Croydon Council is proud of the service it provides through its crematorium and three cemeteries. We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated person as a Bereavement Services Advisor.
The main duties of the post are to act as a main contact for our customers, providing them with sympathetic support and advice. You should be able to resolve enquiries, suggest outcomes and be able to follow through to completion. As well as this you will also be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the day to day running of the Bereavement Services section.
