The Greenfield and Hurst Drive Federation are looking to appoint an experienced, passionate and reflective teacher to join our staff team from January 2024. We are looking for a teacher who is committed to their own professional development and to working collaboratively as part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate would be STEPS trained and/or familiar with a therapeutic approach to supporting pro-social behaviour. We can offer you the opportunity to be part of a learning community where teachers and senior leaders recognise the importance of ongoing professional development in a supportive culture through a coaching and targeted professional learning approach. We have wonderful grounds, fabulous children and a welcoming staff team. For the right candidate there would also be the opportunity to develop as a subject leader.
