The Greenfield and Hurst Drive Federation are looking to appoint an experienced, passionate and reflective teacher to join our staff team from January 2024. We are looking for a teacher who is committed to their own professional development and to working collaboratively as part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate would be STEPS trained and/or familiar with a therapeutic approach to supporting pro-social behaviour. We can offer you the opportunity to be part of a learning community where teachers and senior leaders recognise the importance of ongoing professional development in a supportive culture through a coaching and targeted professional learning approach. We have wonderful grounds, fabulous children and a welcoming staff team. For the right candidate there would also be the opportunity to develop as a subject leader. Our federation serves a diverse and vibrant community on the border of Hertfordshire and London. Our vision is for all our children, from age two to eleven, to receive the best possible start in life.
