An rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Fire Safety team in the Health and Safety Directorate at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The Fire Safety Advocate is a post for a highly confident, highly motivated and conscientious person to support the Trust in its compliance with HTM Firecode and statutory fire safety legislation and guidance. 

Main duties of the job

You will support the fire safety team in the promotion of fire safety by proactively raising awareness of fire safety across the Trust.  In addition, support the team with associated monitoring and improvement programs. 

This will involve the delivery of training,  evacuation drills,  proactive promotion initiatives, monitoring performance to enhance fire safety culture.

Trust policy requires that the cost of submitting & processing the successful applicant/s DBS application be recovered via salary deduction following start in post.
