Brand Manager - The Spice Tailor

Based in St Albans/Hybrid WFH

As a Brand Manager – The Spice Tailor, you are a true committed brand-owner who will play a vital role in driving the growth of Premier’s newest and fastest-growing Cooking Sauces brand.

A great challenge for an entrepreneurial, performance-oriented marketer with an innovative mind set. We are looking for a passionate, experienced FMCG marketer, who will drive The Spice Tailor growth and continue modernising our portfolio through Brand building and innovation. You will be a part of the talented Cooking Sauces team (includes Sharwood’s, Loyd Grossman, Homepride, The Spice Tailor and Plantastic brands) and work closely with R&D, Commercial, Insight & Innovation teams and have regular exposure to the UK Grocery Leadership team.

• Min 3 years branded marketing management in commercially aware FMCG environment
• Proven track-record of innovation development, commercialisation and in market launch
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

What you'll be doing as a Brand Manager on The Spice Tailor.......

• You'll be accountable for the delivery of agreed profit, turnover, share and innovation targets – full P&L responsibility of the entrusted Brand.
• You'll lead development of the 3-year Brand Strategy and Annual Plan (supported by Marketing Controller).
• You'll contribute to the development of the Brand Innovation Strategy and plan (led by Marketing Controller and Innovation Controller).
• You'll lead development and commercialisation of Innovation projects to create long term value.
• You'll manage development and execution (to time) of the Brand Annual Plan and Budget.
• You'll work effectively with all functions and Leadership team to drive key decisions and execution across the business.  
• You'll conduct ongoing business analysis and search for opportunities to drive growth.
