Job description
Our client is an established business, based in Stoke on Trent, who, having experienced growth in the last few years, are now seeking an experienced HR / ER Advisor to support in all employee-related functions.

Duties for the HR / ER Advisor will include :
- Coaching and supporting managers with absence management, disciplinaries, and daily issues
- Assisting and supporting in recruitment and the onboarding of new employees
- Managing the leavers process to include conducting exit interviews
- Ensuring all starter's and leaver's paperwork is accurate
- Maintaining the HR information system (HRIS)
- Being involved in specific HR / ER projects including HR and Payroll system upgrades
- Assisting with employee engagement activities
It would be good to see candidates with the following experience: - Professional individual with previous experience working in a similar HR or ER position
- Preferably have 3 years of experience
- Strong admin and IT skills
- Ideally someone from a manufacturing background
- Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality
- Someone who is well organised, who can work using their initiative
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
