Are you an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor, looking to take your skill skills into a fast paced production unit and develop your career?
My client is looking to hire a new Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager with leading their department to achieve results and maintain their KPIs.
Whether you are already an experienced Supervisor looking for a new challenge, or perhaps you've worked your way up on the production line and ready to step into a leadership role, this could be the perfect role for you.
What do they need from you?
Previous experience within a line leader/supervisor role, or extensive experience gained from within a production unit.
A solid understanding of meeting and working towards targets whilst maintaining quality standards.
Strong knowledge of food manufacturing health and hygiene processes.
Flexibility to work 12 hour shifts to include weekends during peak season.
Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation.
Good admin and coordination skills.
The ability to encourage, nurture and lead a production team to meet their targets and improve working efficiencies.
