Digital Performance Analyst (Inside IR35)
Contract Term: 6 Months (Extension Likely)
Contracting Authority: Department for Work and Pensions
Location: Hybrid – Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle
As a Digital Performance Analyst your main responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver accurate and actionable insights to a variety of stakeholders, to drive the focus and centralise the user in everything that we do.
- Nurture relationships with multidisciplinary agile teams promoting analysis and driving continual iterative improvements through evidence based decision making.
- Take a leading role in the development of the performance frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service, design and develop dashboards and provide in depth reports to communicate key metrics.
- Provide guidance on data collection from multiple sources to measure a service.
- Inspire and coach others to deliver insightful analysis and creative solutions to problems.
- Nurture a deep understanding of business goals and can turn these into tangible performance measures.
- Support teams building digital products to agree and work with the KPIs and measures of success.
- Integrate quantitative data with qualitative data, such as user surveys and user research, to develop hypotheses for service improvements.
- Offer recommendations on the best tools and methods to be used.
- Turn complex data into compelling, clear and actionable stories.
- Work with, and influence, senior stakeholders. You can adapt the approach according to constraints. You can see and implement changes necessary, improving processes and ways of working whilst considering their impact.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Strong experience of developing datasets, models and reports using Power BI.
- Experience of Power Query to GET data.
- Experience of using API’s to POST/GET data from/to.
- Experience of data analysis.
- You can present insights and visualisations in clear ways to communicate complex messages.
- You can communicate negative and positive information to stakeholders. You know how to give tactical and strategic recommendations.
