Fixed Term Contract- Customer Service Representative

Location : Bradford - BD1 - Free onsite parking available

Duration: FTC - September 2024

Days and Hours - Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week 1 hour lunch

Flexible start and finish times to suit you!

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £22,820- £23,500 DOE

Please note this role could offer hybrid working after successful training period!

Office Angels are supporting a logistic firm based in Bradford looking for a Customer Service Representative to join on a Fixed Term Contract due to influx of bookings and busy period!

They offer in house training, and you will be supporting with customer queries and complaints that they may have regarding their course. This could be prior or after they complete their training. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be patient and understanding.

Main duties :

• Dealing with all inbound calls and emails


• Dealing with all customer queries and resolving any questions they may have


• Dealing with customer complaints and escalating where needed


• Responding to email queries efficiently


• Updating systems with relevant information

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working in a customer service position


• Excellent verbal communication


• IT literate - Excel, Outlook, Microsoft
